All the 225 rooms and four suites have floor-to-ceiling sliding doors
that open onto a private balcony with views of either the Space Needle
or the city skyline. Rooms feature either full king-size beds or two
double beds; all have marble bathrooms, dual-line telephones with
bathroom phone with dataport, wet bar, refrigerator, and/or mini-bar,
in-room safes, ironing boards and hair dryers.
DINING
Brasserie Margaux is run by award-winning Chef Chris
Zarkades. His emphasis is on our region's superlative seafood, locally
farmed produce, and soul-satisfying meat and poultry preparations.
Leave room for dessert; local food critics have singled out the talented
pastry chef as a star. The interior is a knockout too, especially
the graphic ceiling mural, the blown-glass chandeliers, and the open
showcase kitchen.
The adjacent Bar Margaux's wine list features selections
from the Pacific Northwest as well as the Margaux wines that are the
namesake of the restaurant. The snack menu includes tapas, which complement
the wines perfectly
